Tucker's hands down the best place if you are craving real beef and onion burgers. You can taste the meat and its texture in every bite. Quality food is neither cheap nor pre-made. Don't expect to walk out without spending less than 10 bucks. Our meal for 4 was 60 dollars, without drinks. It included: 4 double burgers with cheese 2 large fries Highly recommended.
They have the best fries and they are always fresh! I am not a huge burger eater but my family could eat here every day so I usually get the Mother Clucker, which is their chicken sandwich and it is so good. Their burgers are also tasty and I especially love that all your food will be hot and fresh when you get it.
If you do not like onions, this is NOT the place for you. When you walk in, the smell of grilled onions fills the air. Everything except the kids meals were al carte so we ordered a few fries and a burger and drink for everyone. The burgers were good. Some of the older kids even want to drive 3 hours to go back for their birthday to eat here. The lemonade was tart but not turn your mouth inside-out tart.
OK... This place was awesome! This is one of the best burgers I've had, but I love onions. Tucker's understands the harmony, the balance, the symphony that is executed between seasoned beef and the onion. It can't be explained, it can only be experienced. It was a bit pricey, but you have to pay to play... That is just the way of good food. Fresh thin cut fries were excellent. I also caught the seasonal peach shake which was a senior year pool party in a cup! 5 stars because 10 were not available.
Ordered a single patty onion burger with cheese and fries. The burger was really good and seasoned well. Smash patty with crispy edges. For a single patty, the burger was big. The fries are homemade. They are skinny fries and not crispy, but good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return. Highly recommend.
Second time and just as good as the first time 4 years ago! Service is fast and friendly, food is hot and fresh AND unique! Love the fries, too, but those burgers are delicious! Made mine an onion burger salad with jalapenos (which were fresh and grilled!)
Great experience. One caveat: It took a while to get my double burger. Yes it was hot and fresh, but even though I ate very fast I was late getting back to work.
Let me tell you, I don't know how I have missed this place. I like to eat around the city and try burgers and this one is a definite hit in the top 5. Great bun, love the smash burger, and toppings were great! I skipped the grilled onions and went more for fresh toppings like a classic burger. It was everything I hoped for. Their shakes are a must with the burger. And don't forget the fresh fries. Love these over frozen any day. The employees were friendly and the manager was greeting everyone and making sure everyone was taken care of.
